Products & prices
- All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- We make every effort to display products accurately; colours and packaging may vary slightly.
- We may change prices or discontinue products without notice. This does not affect confirmed orders.
Orders & availability
- Items are reserved when you place an order. Online orders that are not paid within 45 minutes are cancelled automatically.
- If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.
Payment
- Online payments are processed securely by MyFatoorah (KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). We never store your card details.
- For cash on delivery, please have the amount ready when the courier arrives.
Delivery
- We deliver within the State of Kuwait only. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. A re-delivery fee may apply for incorrect details.
Returns & exchanges
- For hygiene reasons perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Unopened products in their original condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes are subject to validity dates and minimum order values.
